Michelle Crawford and Christina Gerakiteys
Michelle Crawford is the amazing brain behind Being More Human. 20 years of experience providing guidance, leadership development, recruitment support and strengthening the culture in organisations across 20 industries has shown her one truth – modern businesses are losing their humanity. After seeing the world and meeting people from all walks of life, Michelle chose to dedicate her life to helping businesses in Australia to become more human in the way they operate and their culture.
Michelle has brought a team of human resource and organisational development experts together to increase humanity in the workplace through kindness, psychological consulting and deep, transformational change for organisations, teams and individuals.
Michelle has been recognised amongst the community and industry for her profound contribution both to the corporate world and to her much loved charities, however perhaps one of her proudest achievements is the award she has received for being the world’s best mum… she even has the mug to prove it!
Christina Gerakiteys is a creativity and innovation educator. Her purpose is to inspire hearts and minds to possibility so together we can create Utopia. She has recently completed the Executive Program at Singularity University in Cuperinto, Silicon Valley.
Christina writes and presents business development and innovation programs, conducts workshops, and facilitates strategic planning meetings and conferences. She writes for several publications and speaks regularly on radio about business development, creativity and innovation. She is on several innovation committees and hosts the Hunter Innovation Festival and the Top Shots Breakfast. Christina is a business advisor, author and speaker.
Christina has presented workshops at major conferences including Vivid Ideas in Sydney, the Creative Innovation Conference in Melbourne and the PCOA Conference 2017. She attends as a guest and writes for the Front End Innovation Conference in Boston each year.
Christina liaises with Simon Sinek’s Start With Why Team to present workshops in Australia. She was invited to and completed the Singularity University Executive Leaders program in December 2017.
Christina is currently undertaking doctorate studies in Creativity and Innovation and this year will publish her second book, Celebrating Success One Failure At A Time.
Modules
Each session commences at 9:30am and concludes at 4:30pm.
As part of this course you are asked to deliver a one-hour presentation to your work colleagues that summarises what you have experienced during the course. This could occur at a meeting, over an organised breakfast or lunch. We know what you experience will be worth sharing.
We are asking sponsoring organisations to provide one-hour of mentoring per module at a senior executive level per attendee. That means seven hours of mentoring from experts in your field
